People litter and trash blows off of job-site dumpsters and blows out the back of trash trucks. Follow a trash truck, dumpster truck, or contractor truck as they head offshore, and you will see why the boulevards and adjacent marshes are sprinkled with litter. You expect to hear," Let it snow, let it snow, let it snow." In Avalon, our trash cans, which are not picked up at our side yard, as Stone Harbor does, blow over regularly, causing litter.
