Who are the city guys who are down at the ball field?

Sea Isle City - Who are the city guys who are down at the ball field? They take care of everything but the baseball fields. The infield is in terrible shape, baseball, and softball. Maybe they could get the weeds out of the dirt and make it a better infield where I can take my kids to practice.
