I am curious as to why the HVAC work that was done to Maud Abram

Lower Township - I am curious as to why the HVAC work that was done to Maud Abrams School's cafeteria air conditioning by the person that was hired as the highly experienced HVAC man, had to be redone by an outside contractor? Maybe he wasn't as highly trained as he and the supervisor of building and grounds would lead you to believe. Was the outside contractor from the same company that the HVAC expert worked for, and still works for part-time? Is the BOE at Lower Township elementary schools asleep at the wheel?
