Town Bank - Shore Animal Control has done a great job since they took over in Lower, addressing one of the biggest problems we have; cat proliferation. The previous animal control officers rode around in their trucks, ignoring that problem. Now, it is being taken care of, along with stray pit bulls. I see their trucks all over and have called several times to point out more colonies of cats continuing to multiply. This problem went on for years and now will take years to take care of, but at least someone is doing it. The council not only hired professionals, but is saving the township money.
