I agree with a spout from North Cape May about Townbank Rd.

Town Bank - I agree with a spout from North Cape May about Townbank Rd. People are driving well over 40 miles an hour without regard for walkers, people on bikes or for residents trying to get out of their driveway. Townbank Rd. is mostly residential; a 40-mile-an-hour speed limit is ridiculous. There needs to be a few stop signs to slow people down.
