A president has the authority to stop any investigations he chooses as long as he is not the one being investigated. A president has the power to declassify any classified information he deems necessary. Trump has not broken any laws. In order to be impeached, he needs to be charged with a crime or a misdemeanor, not because of the way he governs or because he hurts your feelings.
