Sea Isle City - The problem with the Promenade and it's constant underage drinking, and the amount of people up there is the police force just sends Class I and II officers out there and the high-priced seasoned officers are nowhere to be found. Put a police car up there and keep the lights on and/or drive it up and down there. It's becoming a joke.
