Lower Township - To the spouter who complained about code enforcement being called about their side yard, why did you wait so long to let an issue arise for someone to have to call code enforcement? Do your part as a responsible resident and follow the laws and you won't have to be visited by authorities. Why is it always someone else's responsibility?
