North Wildwood - While a drowning death is a tragedy, it is not the beach, ocean or shoreline's fault. If you visit the Grand Canyon, Hawaii's beaches or other areas of high risk, you are accepting that risk by visiting that location. It's absurd that we live in a time where someone can sue a town and a beach for a tragic accident that occurred after lifeguard hours. What is the world coming to?
