Wildwood Crest - I was upset after I witnessed a young man on an ATV sitting on his phone for more than an hour in between lifeguard stations 6 and 7. This young man also has a tendency to talk to the female guards for extended periods of time, distracting them from their job. I think that the guards do a great job, but this guy is making the beach patrol look bad.
