Villas - I happened to be interested in the mortgage fraud case that occurred in Cape May County, as it did around the country. I remember reading that the federal court case was going to be adjudicated on Feb. 21, 2017, after numerous postponements. The Herald should be applauded for getting information on this case for the years that this case has been inactive. People must have confidence in the courts that it shouldn't depend on who the charges are against but justice in a blind system of justice. Why isn't there any information on this case? Should all of us be concerned?
