Wildwood - I read the editor's note that Wildwood's budget last year included close to $7 million for police and firemen salaries and wages alone. I'm sure this year we will surpass that figure by a couple million more due to raises and additional units, like a K-9 unit. Sounds like a lot for a city of 3,000 residents but we can afford it. Plus, we tax the hell out of seasonal homeowners who are only here four months and they can't vote anyway. Wonder how we compare to the budgets of the Crest and North Wildwood?
