I was approached by a clean cut white guy in his mid to late 40'

Court House - I was approached by a clean cut white guy in his mid to late 40's on Dec. 22 in a Court House parking lot asking for $39.50. He told me his keys were locked in his car on Rt. 9. He then told me he would pay me back double. Now, a coworker of mine was approached by the same guy on Jan. 6 in the evening with a very similar story. He told me he was the owner of a pub in Wildwood. Then he told my coworker he was the owner of a pub in Atlantic City. He is obviously on drugs. Very frantic. He talked really fast and rarely blinked. Please be careful and avoid him.
