Lower Township - I think the snow plow operators in Lower Township need training. I drive an hour each day to work in the Vineland area and all roads were clear as of Jan. 10. In Lower Township, the snow was not cleared from the roads. It was packed down to a sheet of ice! Our tax dollars hard at work.
