Wildwood - Recently I got into a verbal altercation with a co-worker at my job. Because of it, I was put on probation. My co-worker was completely in the wrong and what was done needed to be addressed. Always late, sloppy work habits, always taking smoke breaks, etc. I found out my co-worker is the son of a county official and he is waiting for his nice, cushy county job with benefits to open up. I have no political ties in the community. How is it fair? There can't be one set of rules for some because of status.
