Cape May - To the person who thought Chuck Lear would be the best choice for Cape May's mayor -- Trust your original thought. Mr. Lear is the right choice. The questions raised at the taxpayers forum were geared for the incumbent. Mr. Lear is honest and a quick study. We need his leadership and integrity. We need his commitment to the council-manager form of government that has been cast aside by the incumbent who covers his errors in judgement with law suits paid for by the taxpayers.
