North Wildwood - I agree that code enforcement is important and should enforce the laws. The city can only do so much with rundown properties, cut grass and weeds, clean up trash, etc. The city can fine and put tax leans on owners but cannot paint and make cosmetic repairs to private property. It's a shame but they can't put someone in jail for having a rundown property. I wish they could.
