Villas - We pay the bill on time every month. Why do we have to work so hard and make so many phone calls to get the TV/telephone/internet services that are paid for? Three phone calls in one month to the provider. All service reps have a different explanation. The latest call Oct. 9 was 41 minutes and the service tech won't come out until Oct. 13! That's service for you - inconsistent and unreliable! I can't believe we are the only customers with these problems!
