A Crest spouter complained about the hours that handicapped peop

Wildwood Crest / Avalon - A Crest spouter complained about the hours that handicapped people get picked up and returned from the beach. I have a handicapped loved one, and that sounds like a wonderful service, delivered at taxpayer expense. Instead of being grateful that such a fine opportunity is available someone complains that it is not enough. I agree that far more resources should be spent on the handicapped, it might aid my family enormously. But I am grateful and appreciative of everything we do get now. Most of us rely on family and friends to help us with mobility.
