Wildwood - In a comment on what might be considered a racially charged spout someone asked the spouter if he/she had read the DOJ report on Baltimore PD? Yes, they found lots of problems there. But the public should also realize the BPD is only 40 percent white and 60 percent of its senior command staff is African American. Bad policing is a result of bad government and bad police management. Hanging all of these problems in the "racism" closet is ignoring bigger problems. Unfortunately, liberal Democrats only see the minority communities as potential votes. Keep them oppressed and they will keep voting Democrat.
