Cape May - Folks who drive or bike in downtown Cape May, just want to remind you that the horses have the right of way. That means no tailgating, no cutting off, no turning right in front of them. They are not machines who can stop on a dime. They are valued very highly in town and the police will issue tickets. They have the right of way over pedestrians, bikers and vehicles. If you were to cause an accident, people could be killed.
