How can an employee who got arrested multiple times for selling

North Cape May - How can an employee who got arrested multiple times for selling drugs or stealing, still get to keep their job? What type of message is this sending to other hardworking employees who work hard and stay out of trouble and just want to work to pay bills and live a life? Why should we have to sit back and watch this still continue on to this day? The only thing I can think of is the people who are protecting them are the ones buying drugs from them and if they go to jail they can't get their drugs anymore. It's not a jealousy issue, it's a moral ethics issue. It has to stop soon.
