Can someone please tell me why when you're an authorized person

North Cape May - Can someone please tell me why when you're an authorized person on an account to make any changes, companies don't acknowledge it? They still need all my husband's information because he is the primary account holder, but were quick to ask me to pay the bill early. I'm good enough for you to take my money which I assume you think me and my husband share an account, but you won't let me make any financial changes to my bill? It's 2016, can't this be fixed by now? Just because a woman is married doesn't mean she loses her rights when it comes to financial decisions in her household.
