I'm a little upset that I went to college, paid for an education

Villas - I'm a little upset that I went to college, paid for an education to better my situation because I grew up very poor and I was tired of struggling my whole life, and I still have to take orders from a younger person who has no degree in what I went to college for just because she has been with a company longer. I have kids and a mortgage to take care of and she doesn't. She makes two times what I make and gets full benefits and holiday pay. I get nothing. How are things like this still allowed to go on? Something has to change. People are losing hope about furthering their education.
