Why is it that Sea Isle City officials can not coordinate the co

Sea Isle City - Why is it that Sea Isle City officials can not coordinate the color of the Christmas lights that are wrapped around the street light poles and the wreaths that are hung from them. Apparently they do not know that lights come in temperatures that reflect warm and cool colors and that they dont look good when mixed. The town would look so much better if all the lights were either warm white(yellowish) or cool white (white or blueish).
