Wildwood - Only way to reduce the mindless shootings is to bring back mental institutions. So often we hear that some killers have serious mental issues that have surfaced in the past and have been ignored. Until they kill someone they are free to walk the streets. Most of these people are not terrorists but just mentally ill.
