But, if Middle Twp Police can not give a sobriety test to a kid driving with a probationary license at 1:00 am or give him a ticket immediately for crashing into a home and knocking it off its foundation, then why would they do anything. A Township official came out that morning 9/15/23 and deemed the home unliveable and to be demolished, while the kid went to his home less than a block away and went to sleep. The homeowners are still waiting for their new home to be built a year and 2 months later.
