Sea Isle City / Philadelphia - Vacationing in Sea Isle City recently and was horrified that animal control did not respond to an injured crow. The animal was baking in the sun for hours and no one showed up. Children were kicking sand at the crow. I called City Hall and they said there were 50 calls about this crow. This is a horrible thing to let my children see and animal control didn't help.
