I was driving in the middle of a four-lane section of the Parkwa

Clermont - I was driving in the middle of a four-lane section of the Parkway recently in Central Jersey when a car in front of me ran over a large piece of debris from a retread tire, careening it right into the path of my car. I had no choice but to hold on for dear life and run it over. If I had lost control of my car, my wife, daughter, and I may have been killed. I guess with like most things in this country, it's going to take a tragic death to get these totally unnecessary hazards outlawed.
