Stone Harbor - Why are the Courts of SH STILL seeking multiple variances to build what the code specifically says they can't?! Moreover, why is SH doing a "backroom" settlement to make the Sweet lawsuit go away? Is it because this was the easiest, of many lawsuits, to get rid of? SH is in the right. the SH zoning board does NOT have to allow these variances that were on the books when the owners bought their cottage. Just because you "want" something, and you decide to sue to get it, doesn't mean you can bully the zoning board to get it. The ZB needs to stay strong. Get "rid" of the Parada case instead!!
