Stone Harbor - WHY is Stone Harbor Borough defending Parada, the borough's administrator? This man has more than one sexual harassment claim against him, as well as text message calling the Mayor a "c***" and saying, he would not “piss on her if she was on fire.” WHY are the taxpayers of SH paying to defend this "man"?
