Cape May / West Chester, Pa. - Down in Cape May for first visit of 2024. Walked the promenade and can’t believe the deplorable condition of the PA and the light standards. Rusted thru like Swiss cheese. You would think maintenance would be a priority. Even the benches are deteriorating. City spends money and fails to maintain projects properly.
