Lower Township - If you move into a neighborhood and your house is your vacation house ,don’t expect royal treatment from your year round neighbors. If you want me to pull in your cans, or keep an eye on your house you can pay me or hire a company to do that. Why do these second home owners think it’s no big deal to ask ask ask?
