North Cape May - Parking against traffic is illegal in the state of NJ because it is dangerous to pedestrians and drivers, but South Jersey does not enforce this law for some very strange reason. All it would take is a few warning notices on windshields and the message would be sent. Reminds me that many cities including Philly don't enforce federal immigration laws. How does this happen with a nation of laws?
