Villas - To the Editor: Why bother having zoning at all? Let's just have anyone who wants to set up any way they want anywhere they want. A car painting business with fumes and noisy tools next to you. A pet breeding shop with all incumbent odors next to your retired parents. Villas is a fairly congested community and quality of life is directly affected by the neighbors.
