This wasn’t a problem when we had the single home back in land across the Delaware but down here on an island we share the property with a full time resident. Instead of a dog park, why not create a dog care center where the beloved four legged noise maker can bark in choir of fellow canines while we enjoy an evening out without being inconsiderate to our neighbors who are so far patient.
