Stone Harbor - I have come to this forum because I simply had to share that I am beyond happy with our new Public Works Director, Manny Parada. I recently had an issue that was brought to the attention of Mr. Parada, and within hours the matter was not only attended to, but solved. I have never, in my many years on this earth, known a government employee to move so quickly and so efficiently. It is refreshing to have someone who actually cares about resolving problems rather than have them fester. I have a very good feeling about the direction of the Public Works Department with Mr. Parada at the helm.
