Villas - Many here want to make Bail a race or financial / class issue. They believe that Bail intent is to permit a person to be free, not behind bars to enjoy the freedoms of eveyrone else. Hello. It's to allow unhindered preparation of one's defense. If they have a prior or current Criminal Record or Accused of / Committed a Violent Crime they should not be extended a No Bail Option. With No Bail they or a family member have no vested interest in seeing that the person shows up for court.
