Stone Harbor/Avalon - A “boutique” hotel in the middle of Avalon. Wow…what a great idea. Don’t believe what the proponents of this project tell you about how this will improve Avalon - it most definitely will not. If I wanted Ocean City or Wildwood, I would have purchased a home there. It’s up to you Avalon. Be smart - and watch the tram car please. It may run your nice town over if you’re not vigilant.
