Cape May - When the desal plant was built Cape May made an ordinance about water usage. That ordinance is still on the books and should be enforced. A lot of effort went into finding ways to conserve water. Those conservative efforts should be reviewed and implemented by Cape May City Council and the Environmental Commission.
