Today, I received a phone call from an out of state real estate

North Cape May - Today, I received a phone call from an out of state real estate company that offered me over $400K for my two-bedroom home in North Cape May. I maintain my property and it looks very nice, but it is an original North Cape May rancher. I look around this area and all I see is the original homes being replaced by Mc Mansions. No doubt about it, NCM is becoming the new Cape May and I'm not so sure I like what I see. And yes, I turned down the offer. I intend to keep the house for my family.
