Middle Township - Middle Township needs to a put a freeze on new residential development. Overdevelopment is ruining this township. It is not progress. The planning and zoning boards let anyone build whatever they want wherever they want. The remaining undeveloped pieces of land should stay undeveloped to keep taxes lower, to protect our water supply, to prevent more traffic, and so the township doesn't become an eyesore.

That is not the way it works. Most land belongs to private parties, who can choose to build on it or not.
