To the year round residents in NWW, I have observed the shoobies

North Wildwood - To the year round residents in NWW, I have observed the shoobies clean up after their animals and am appalled that you walk away and leave your dog excrement right on the sidewalks. The funny thing is, we are so quick to blame the shoobies in the summer time. Police and code enforcement: we, the full time residents, need to be ticketed for our poor behavior. Disgusting land mines everywhere!
