Wildwood - In 1941, Rep. Leland Ford, Republican from California wrote 10 golden rules of business and conduct: 2: "You cannot strengthen the weak by weakening the strong." 3: "You cannot help small men by tearing big men down." 4: "You cannot help the poor by destroying the rich." 8: "You cannot establish sound social security on borrowed money." 10: "You cannot help men permanently by doing for them what they could and should do for themselves." These rules were the grounds for establishing Japanese-American internment camps. This is what we are capable of doing to each other as Americans.
