Villas - I went to Lower Township's council meeting for the first time May 16. I wanted to mention a problem the construction office is allowing to happen. I stood up and told them the situation of an unlicensed and uninsured contractor working on multiple jobs. This person is allowed because they are friends with people in the construction office. I told them and they said it is a state law to be licensed? Guess they don't have to follow state laws!
