Why are the mayor and commissioners here borrowing so much money

West Wildwood - Why are the mayor and commissioners here borrowing so much money, millions, to buy equipment that can be leased or rented at one-tenth the cost when we need it? Why is such a tiny town like West Wildwood not working with other Wildwoods with inter-local agreements to share some of the equipment instead of buying and maintaining expensive things and having nowhere to store it so it stays out in the weather and rots? We need public officials who have some common sense and spend our tax dollars responsibly!
