Avalon - Beach is closed to dogs from March 1 to Sept 30, people don't comply police don't enforce. Couple from Pa still walking dog off leash at beach, discription : middle aged male wearing black Flyers Sweatshirt , dog black shepherd mix about 75 pounds .Time we put some enforcement at beach especially in these difficult times.
