The only vehicles that should be on the highways and in towns is emergency vehicles like fire and ambulances, police, limited taxi cab services taking people to the store and to get their medicines and the few state and town government employees. The only time personal vehicles should be on the highway is to the food store or the pharmacy stay at home includes your car Too many cars just riding around on this island.
