Since North Wildwood Blvd.

North Wildwood - Since North Wildwood Blvd. is a state highway, how come the State Police don't patrol it for all of the trucks spilling trash and hazardous debris all over the road? I see dump trucks and pick-ups with and without trailers all week long, especially on weekends, going to the dump. Not once have I seen any of these trucks being stopped with everything spilling out of the trucks. Who will be responsible for the flat tires - the state, Middle Twp. or North Wildwood?
