Lower Township - To the Lower Township spouter talking about police on cell phones. Sadly, police are exempt from this law because of deptartment-issued phones used when calls can't be made over the radio. These officers should pull over just like anyone else who needs to take that call, and we all know when they are driving with that phone up to their ear it is usually their personal phones and not the department-issued phones. Police today think they are smarter than everyone else, but they are endangering those they are supposed to be protecting.
